Step 1
Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Beat for 2 minutes with an electric beater on medium speed.
Step 2
Pour into a greased and lined ring pan or slice tin.
Step 3
Bake at 180C for 30-40 minutes. Allow to cool.
Step 4
Ice with orange icing.
