Step 1
Cut the chicken breast into bite size pieces.
Step 2
Heat a non-stick frying pan and add the sesame oil, then the chicken breast. Cook for 3 minutes on each side or until the chicken is fully cooked.
Step 3
Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute. Then add the juice from both oranges, the soy sauce and honey. Stir, then bring it to a simmer.
Step 4
Mix the cornstarch with two tablespoons of water, then stir it into the chicken. Let cook for 2 minutes, until it thickens. Serve and add chopped green onions if using.
