In a large bowl, add the Jell-O and boiling water.
Step 2
Whisk to dissolve.
Step 3
Add cold water to the jello mixture.
Step 4
Chill for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Add in the pudding mix and whisk until smooth.
Step 6
Chill for 20 minutes, until thickened.
Step 7
Add the Cool-Whip, oranges and marshmallows lightly stir to combine.
Step 8
Chill about 1-2 hours.
Step 9
Garnish with extra oranges, marshmallows and mint .
