Step 1
Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add leek and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender and just beginning to brown, about 2 minutes. Step 3
Heat the remaining 2 teaspoons oil in the pan over medium-high heat. Cook patties in two batches until browned on both sides and the internal temperature registers 165°F, 2 to 3 minutes per side.
