Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Discard plastic disk covering the ham bone. Wrap ham in a sheet of 18-inch-wide heavy-duty foil. Place ham in a large roasting pan, cut-side down. Bake 1 1/4 hours. Remove ham from oven and unwrap foil to expose surface of ham. In a small cup, mix marmalade, brown sugar, cloves, and vinegar; brush mixture over ham. Put ham back in oven; bake 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until internal temperature between slices registers 130 degrees F on an instant-read thermometer. Let ham rest 15 minutes before serving. Serve with Parmesan Acorn Squash, Swiss Chard with Honey-Roasted Peanuts, and Cheddar-Chive Biscuits. Nutritional information is based on a 4-ounce serving.
