In a bowl whisk together the miso and orange juice. Once well incorporated whisk in the garlic, rice wine vinegar, mirin, olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste.

Preheat the oven to 425.

Then pour in the dressing over the brussels sprouts, reserving approximately 1.5 tablespoons. Roast the brussels sprouts for 18-20 minutes. Then mix the brussels sprouts around and broil them for 1-2 minutes or until they are charred.

After that take the brussels sprouts out of the oven and put them in a bowl. Then mix in the remaining dressing, sesame seeds, and chili. Then serve immediately!
