Oreo Fluff

vanilla pudding mix (Sugar-Free)

skim milk

(8 oz) container of Fat-Free Cool Whip

reduced fat Oreos

In a large bowl whisk together the pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes. Fold in the cool whip and Oreos. 

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refridgerate for 1 hr until the fluff has set, or overnight. 

Makes 10 servings, serving size: 1 heaping 1/2 cup. 

This is great, thanks! I did mine with 1c almond milk and 1c skim. While it didn’t have as much air as one would hope for fluff it did allow the pudding to set and it scratched the “I prefer to use almond milk” itch.

I’ve made this 3 times now in less than 2 weeks. My family kept dishing on mine so I made them their on version all the bells and whistles included. Don’t recommend using the Mega stuff oreos . There is just to much filling. But as far as the WW, it has been my saving grace for my sweet tooth . I do like to keep it on hand so when I have that sweet tooth I can easily grab this. It sets up PERFECT!! And a half cup is hard to to just have it’s just so good!!
