To prepare cabbage soup, Take the hard root part of the cabbage you cut in half. Wash in plenty of water and drain the excess water. Finely chop it with the help of a sharp knife.

Cut the peeled onion into small cubes and grate the carrot with a large part of the grater. Finely chop the dill to add it to the soup.

Heat the olive oil and butter in a deep saucepan. Saute the chopped onions until their freshness is gone. Add the flour and hot pepper paste and fry for a short time over low heat.
