Ingredients: 1 c. panko bread crumbs; 1/4 c. freshly chopped dill; 2 tbsp. melted butter; 1/2 tsp. garlic powder; 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper; Kosher salt; Freshly ground black pepper; 1/2 c. all-purpose flour; 2 large eggs; 1 c. pickle slices, patted dry with paper towels; Ranch dressing, for dipping

It's hard to believe these are baked, not fried. Want to make these gluten-free? Sub bread crumbs for very finely chopped almonds!

Really good pickles. Used seasoned crumbs, added garlic powder and cayenne, used dried dill. Very good. Would omit dill for future and there will be future. Also next time I would add a little water to the eggs and use plastic bag with flour to coat the pickles.

Oh my!! I just tried this recipe and I loved the taste. Watch the amount of salt though, I salted a little too much. I also made a few substitutes: I used kosher pickle sandwich slices (not pickle chips) and I used gluten free panko. The taste was still fantastic.

9.5/10 Would recommend, made twice- first time no cayenne so kid friendly, second recipe as is.  So tasty, .5 off because I think you can get away with 1 egg, I always run out of panko first and have lots of egg leftover and a bit of flour.

Came out great! Used paprika as well. Wonderful recipe.

Loved loved loved these exactly as the recipe reads. Not a crumb left. Really crispy and delicious!!!

Pretty good recipe! I left out the dill and next time would cut back on the cayenne a little. I used kosher dill pickles.

I thought they were definitely fantastic! Used garlic herb bread crumbs instead. Will be making these again soon

They weren't bad but they weren't great. Not sure if I'll make them again
