Great potatoes to serve with omelets.  I did add onions.  Also used olive oil instead of vegetable oil.  I just like the taste of it better.

This is one of my favorite ways to make potatoes.  I don't use garlic but I do change up the herbs now and then and use parsley often.I always toss the potatoes in a large bowl with olive oil and other cheese or spices and I always use my ceramic coated, non stick cookie sheet.  There is a 1/2 in. edge on the sheet to keep the potatoes on the sheet.   I turn them once during cooking.  You can use any pan or dish if you line it with non stick aluminum foil  which is available at the grocers  :  ).

Excellent!  I did make one change.  I used olive oil.    I mixed the potatoes with the cheese and spices, then added the oil and put it in the pan to bake.  I will make these again.

I made these fora picnic. The only changes I made was omitting the cheese (only due to guests preferences) and diced some onion. They were delicious. There were none left.

Very good roasted potato recipe.  I added onion and combined the oil  I used the non stick foil, they weren't as crispy as we like so next time I will spray the pan and try that.

The entire family loved these!  The only adjustment I made was to add 1 teaspoon of onion powder to the mix.  It's a keeper!

I accidently made this recipe even better by adding chili powder, thinking it was my paprika.  It ended up tasting great.  I also like to use seasoned salt instead of regular.

This was a good everyday potato side dish. I halved the recipe because I was just making it for my family of 3, but otherwise followed the directions exactly. Some of the potatoes stuck to the pan despite me using the full amount of oil. It was still tasty though. I will probably make this this again, and coat the potatoes in the oil as some other reviewers have suggested.

These tasted delicious... that wasn't my problem.  My problem was that I made sure the vegetable oil was spread over the entire dish before putting the potatoes on, and even at a lower temp (360deg), the potatoes adhered to the bottom.  Not sure what I did wrong!  They tasted delicious, they were a perfect "done-ness".  Does anyone have any ideas?  I want to make this again because it was so delicious, but it was a bit of a hassle cleaning up.
