Line an oven tray with parchment paper.

Peel and slice the bananas.

In a bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients.

Brush the bananas with the wet mix.

Step 6

Place the banana on the tray.

Bake for 10 minutes.

Step 8

Flip the bananas, brush with a bit of wet mix.

Step 9

Bake for another 5 minutes.

Step 10

Eat with freshly squeezed lime juice.
