Step 1
Place tomatoes on a baking sheet. Stir together Parmesan cheese, panko, and enough melted butter or olive oil to hold it together (1 to 2 Tbsp.). Add fresh oregano, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle over tomato halves.
Step 2
Bake in a 450 degree F oven until tomatoes are tender, about 8 to 10 minutes. If desired, top with additional fresh oregano.
