Place noodles in large bowl and cover with boiling water.

Step 2

Seperate noodles with fork and drain.

Step 3

Heat oil in wok, stir-fry chilli and garlic.

Step 4

Add chicken, stir-fry until brown.

Step 5

Add buk choy and onion, stir-fry until onion softens and chicken is cooked through.

Step 6

Add noodles with kecap manis, sauces and sugar, toss gently to combine.

Step 7

Remove from heat, add coriander and toss gently to combine.
