Marinate tofu in soy sauce and 5 spices. Then fry in oil until lightly crisp. Drain Mix together sauce ingredients: vegetable broth, rice vinegar, lime juice, brown sugar, Golden Mountain seasoning sauce, soy sauce, peppers. Let sit. Saute garlic, ginger, onion in oil.. Add cooked pad Thai noodles, bean sprouts and tofu. Plate and sprinkle with peanuts and squeeze lime juice over. May add extra green onions
