Ingredients: 4 packages (2 ounces each) thinly sliced deli corned beef, finely chopped; 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed; 1 can (8 ounces) sauerkraut, rinsed and drained; 1 cup sour cream; 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese; Rye bread or crackers

I've had this without the sauerkraut and it's still delicious. I even tracked the woman down at a Christmas party to get this recipe!

I prepared the dip exactly as directed, took it to a family reunion, and stood back to avoid the stampede!  it was well beyond being a hit. I served it with Triscuit rye crackers, by the way.Thank you Mary Jane for sharing this superb recipe!

Always a fan favorite!  I've had people comments that they'd sit there and finish the entire dish if it didn't make them look bad :)

Made this for our Christmas appetizers and it was a HUGE hit.  Toasted the rye bread and cut into bite sized pieces.  I forgot about the Thousand Island dressing and it didn't make a difference.  I'll try it next time.  Didn't rinse the sauerkraut either.  This was fantastic.  A nice change from the usual appetizers.

This was amazing and perfect for our potluck at work! I used light sour cream and light cream cheese and it was still delicious. Took others advice and didn't rinse sauerkraut and added a splash of thousand island dressing. Served with rye bread and rye triscuits. Tasted just like eating a Reuben sandwich :)

Good taste, but wasn't very soft, the crackers would break when you tried to spread them. I think Thousand Island dressing would help with that problem & add more to the flavor.

Delish! Used  plain greek yogurt for the sour cream.

I tried this with rye bread and it just felt like something was missing - switched to whole grain chips and it was way better!  I would recommend some thousand island dressing on the side.

I do not like sauerkraut either, but you really cannot taste it. I made it exactly as written.  Co-Workers gave rave reviews and everyone wanted the recipe which I happily shared with all.  Thanks Mary Jane for sharing.

This is really good.  I added1 heaping tbl of 1000 Island Dressing.  I prefer Russian  Dressing but always seem to get out voted.  As others have said, DO NOT rinse Kraut. Served with small Jewish Rye Party Bread slices.

I make the same kind of dip but don't use sour cream, use a small can of cream of chicken soup instead. Really good with garlic peta chips too.

I dislike Reuben sandwiches yet I love this dip!  Wish it wasn't so expensive to make. It's a special occasion treat in my house.

Great for an appetizer or to take to a pot luck.  Everyone seems to love it.  I hate sauerkraut and you don't even notice it in this recipe!

Rinsing sauerkraut gets rid of some of the "sauer".  I bought kraut from our local community market, didn't rinse, and the sauerkraut flavor came through very nicely.  Took to a party and served with rye Triscuits.  Everyone loved it!

5 stars plus, this recipes is awesome...I served it with crackers, little breads and thousand island dressing depending on how ppl wanted to eat it...it was a huge hit!!

I made this as a triple batch for potluck dinner on Friday the 16th.  It was absolutely wonderful.  I did not have a single serving left.  Everyone rant and raved about it and wanted to know what all was in it and if I would share this recipe with them.  Of course I did.

If you love Reubens you'll love this!  Served with mini rye bread slices and it was the hit of the party!

Not crazy about it. Could omit the sour cream & add some Thousand Island, might be an improvement.
