Roll into a dough ball and place in wax paper in fridge for 2-4 hrs.Once that is set, roll out your dough with a floured rolling pan. Use cookie cutters to cut into 20 or so cookies. place on greased baking sheet and bake at 375F for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.If you want them extra crispy, I would bake for 2-3 minutes longer. Remove and let the cookies cool.
