Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients.

Step 2

Gradually mix in warm water, use your hand to mix together until formed. Transfer the dough to the counter and knead until sticky and well formed.

Step 3

Form the dough into a ball and place it in a bowl, cover the bowl with plastic wrap , and leave to proof in a warm place for 30-60 minutes or until it has doubled in size.

Step 4

Roll the dough on a floured surface to 2-3 mm thickness.

Step 5

Using a small bowl, cut out circles.

Step 6

Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Step 7

Heat the frying oil and fry until golden brown.

Step 8

Let it cool down a bit.

Step 9

Stuff with your favorite stuffing.

Step 10

Serve immediately.
