Cut the salmon into servings and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pan-fry in oil, approx. 3 minutes on each side. Mashed potatoes Peel potatoes, cut into dices and cook tender in unsalted water. Drain well, mash and add milk until the consistency is smooth. Add butter and taste with salt and pepper. Serve pan-fried salmon with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli.
