Ingredients: 1 tbsp soy sauce; 1 tbsp water; 1 tbsp rice vinegar; 1 tsp sugar (feel free to adjust according to desired taste); 1 tsp sesame oil; 1/2 tsp sesame seeds; Chili flakes or powder ( optional); Chopped scallion (optional)

This dipping sauce is perfect of Korean pancakes or jeon such as Pajeon (green onion pancakes) and Kimchi Jeon (kimchi pancakes). It's also delicious with dumplings and potstickers. It's easily adjustable so feel free to adjust the measurements according to your desired taste!
