Step 1

Mix all dry ingredients together to make pancake mix. You can store in an airtight container until needed.

Step 2

Mix 1 cup of pancake mix with water. Beat well.

Step 3

Sit for 10 minutes and gently stir just before cooking

Step 4

Heat a little oil in a frying pan and pour in spoonfuls of batter to make pancakes.

Step 5

Turn them when bubbles appear and brown the other side.
