Export 3 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Spray muffin tin with cooking spray and set aside.
Step 3
Combine pancake mix and water. Mix to combine. (Don’t over-mix or the batter won’t rise well!)
Step 4
Chop sausage links into small pieces.
Step 5
Mix 3/4 of the sausage pieces into the batter and stir.
Step 6
Pour batter evenly across the 12 spaces of the muffin tin.
Step 7
Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 of the sausage pieces on top of the muffins.
Step 8
Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes, or until middle is cooked through.
