Step 1
To prepare this easy dessert, wash and peel the papaya. Discard the seeds and chop it into pieces and set aside. Combine the papaya and ginger in a blender. Blend them well until smooth.
Step 2
Heat water in a pan over medium flame and add sugar to it. Bring them to a boil and keep stirring till the sugar gets dissolved completely.
Step 3
Add the papaya in a food processor and blend it to smooth. Transfer to a bowl and add sugar syrup and lemon juice and stir well.
Step 4
Pour this into a freezer in a safe container. Keep it in the freezer for 2 hours. Keep stirring it at regular intervals and serve chilled!
