Export 7 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Grind all the ingredients under 'To grind' coarsely without and water. Few Dals can be visible.

Remove it to a bowl.
Step 3
Add other ingredients except oil to the ground dal.
Step 4
Mix it with your hands. Take a small lime sized portion and flatten it slightly in your palm. Transfer it to the plate.
Step 5
Repeat with the remaining dal mixture. Brush all the vadas with oil.
Step 6
Set the air fryer for 400 Deg F. Pre heat for 2 minutes.
Step 7
Arrange the vadas in the air fryer basket. Do not crowd the basket. Leave little space between the vadas for the air circulation. Mine did occupy 5 vadas in one batch. ( Depends on the size of the vadas)
Step 8
Slide the basket into the Air fryer and set time to 15 minutes. Flip the vadas twice to get it cooked crisp.
Step 9
Once the timer ends, remove vadas from the basket. So it doesn't gets over cooked.
Step 10
Repeat till you done with all vadas. Serve warm with your favorite chutney.
