Step 1
Scoop the flesh from the passion fruit into a cocktail shaker.
Step 2
Add the freshly squeezed orange juice, the ginger and the gin. Add a few cubes of ice if you like a cold cocktail. Shake well until frothy.
Step 3
Transfer the passion fruit martini to two cocktail glasses. You can strain the cocktail if you don't want pulp and seeds from the fruit. I like them, so I just poured my cocktail into my glass without straining. I used two coupe cocktail glasses but you can also use martini glasses if you prefer.
Step 4
Garnish with fresh mint and serve immediately.
