Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C or 160C fan-forced. Grease and line the base and 2 long sides of an 11cm x 21cm (base measurement) loaf pan.
Step 2
Combine the flour, baking powder and sugar in a large bowl. Whisk the eggs, butter, buttermilk, bananas and passionfruit in a medium bowl. Add to flour mixture and stir until just combined. Gently fold in the raspberries.
Step 3
Spoon into the prepared pan and smooth surface with the back of a spoon. Bake for 50 mins or until a skewer inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 10 mins before turning onto a wire rack to cool completely. Serve warm or at room temperature with passionfruit curd (see related recipe).
