Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C. Line a baking tin with baking paper. Make cake according to packet instructions. Bake at for 45 minutes. Cool.
Step 2
In a small glass bowl, mix jelly crystals with boiling water. Stir gently. Chill for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Add cream to cooled jelly. Beat until well combined.
Step 4
Spread jelly cream mixture over the cooled cake. Smooth. Chill for 1 hour. Slice into squares and serve.
