To prepare this recipe, boil pasta in a pan over medium flame in required amount of water.

Now, melt the 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese and stir in a little tomato puree. Let it turn to salmon pink color.

Add vodka to the mixture of melted cheese and tomato puree.

Now, add 1 tsp of caviar and toss the drained pasta with it well. Mix boiled pasta into sauce mixture over a low flame.
