Step 1
For blue layer, in a small saucepan bring 1 cup of water to a simmer.
Step 2
Add 1/2 cup sugar and blue drink mix, stir to dissolve, remove from heat.
Step 3
Add blue food coloring or gel if darker blue is desired. I added about 1/8 teaspoon of royal blue food gel.
Step 4
Pour about 1 or ounce, or 2 tablespoons of blue liquid into freezer sleeves.
Step 5
Place sleeves into tall cups, depending on cup size you made need 2 or more cups.
Step 6
Place in freezer until partially set. About 4 to 6 hours.
Step 7
About an hour before filling the middle of these pop, make your lemonade and place in the refrigerator to cool.
Step 8
When bottom of the pops are frozen solid, remove from the freezer.
Step 9
Add about 1 ounce or 2 tablespoons onto top of partially frozen blue layer and lace back into cups and then freezer until partially frozen. About 4 to 6 hours.
Step 10
Make the red layer while the white layer is in the freezer.
Step 11
In a clean small saucepan bring 1 cup of water to a simmer. Add 1/2 cup sugar and cherry drink mix to the water and stir until dissolved.
Step 12
Remove from heat and add 1 cup of cold water and stir.
Step 13
Place cherry drink in the refrigerator to cool completely.
Step 14
After 4 to 6 hours, check to be sure the middle layer is solid.
Step 15
When frozen solid, remove from freezer and add about 1 ounce, or 2 tablespoons on top of the white layer, being careful not to go past the fill line.
Step 16
Place ice pops back into the cup and then freezer until completely frozen. This may take up to 8 more hours.
Step 17
Ice Pops may be stored on their sides after they are completely frozen.
Step 18
Serve when frozen.

Ice pops will store in the freezer for at least 1 month.
