Step 1

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat

Step 2

Sprinkle flour over melted butter and stir until combined and starting to bubble and smell slightly nutty

Step 3

Slowly add in milk, whisking to combine with the butter mixture

Step 4

Add in garlic, salt and pepper and continue stirring over medium-low heat until sauce thickens enough to coat the back of a spoon

Stir in cheese and remove from heat

Step 6

Heat oven to 450°F

Step 7

Using your hands, stretch out dough on a floured surface until 1/4 -1/2 inch thick

Step 8

Transfer to your baking vehicle of choice

Step 9

Use a sprinkle of corn meal or olive oil to ensure that your dough doesn't stick to the pan

Step 10

Spread a layer of white pizza sauce onto the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edge

Step 11

Sprinkle on the peas, prosciutto, and goat cheese

Step 12

Bake for 10-15 minutes until bubbly and cooked through on the bottom

Sprinkle with extra parmesan cheese and pea shoots or arugula! Enjoy
