Mix the dry ingredients. Mix the all-purpose flour, salt, and baking powder in a large mixing bowl.

Whisk the wet ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine granulated sugar, milk, vanilla, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract.

Combine wet and dry. Mix the wet and dry ingredients together, ensuring you scrape the sides of the bowl until completely combined.

Chop the peaches. Chop the peaches into bite-sized pieces.

Fold together the bread dough. Gently fold the peaches into the peach bread dough until there are small pieces throughout.

Prep and pour the batter. Liberally spray the loaf pan with nonstick spray or line it with parchment paper. Pour the peach quick bread batter into the pan.

Create and top with streusel. Melt the butter in a small bowl. Mix in sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and all-purpose flour. Stir until well combined and small chunks of streusel form. Sprinkle it on top of the uncooked peach bread dough in the loaf pan.
