Peach Crunch Coffee Cake

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°.

Step 2

Grease a 9x13” deep dish glass baking dish.

Step 3

Mix baking mix, milk or cream, sugar and eggs.

Step 4

Beat vigorously with a wooden spoon about 45 seconds until mixture is smooth.

Step 5

Spread half of the batter into the prepared baking dish.

Step 6

Top with half the peaches and half the Streusel Topping.

Step 7

Repeat layers.

Step 8

Sprinkle pecans or walnuts over top.

Step 9

Bake at 350° for about an hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Step 10

Cool completely.

Step 11

Drizzle glaze over top.

Step 12

Combine Bisquick, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Step 13

Cut butter into ingredients with a pastry blender until well mixed.

Step 14

Mix together until desired consistency is achieved.

Step 15

Add more milk or cream if necessary.

Step 16

Drizzle over cooled cake.
