Peach Moscow Mule Mocktail or Cocktail

Step 1

Add peach, lime juice, and agave sweetener or honey to a blender and blend until smooth.

Step 2

Fill 2 glasses 2/3 of the way full of ice.

Step 3

Then fill glasses half way full of ginger beer, and finish filling with peach puree.

Step 4

Add shot of vodka if making a cocktail.

Step 5

Top off with ginger beer.

Step 6

Garnish with lime wheels.
