Add peach slice and a couple of cubes of ice to a cocktail shaker. Muddle the peach to mash it.
Step 2
Add bourbon, peach juice, bitters, and ice cubes to the shaker. Vigorously shake to combine.
Step 3
Strain over ice into glass. Garnish with peach slice and mint sprig.
