Add all ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor.
Step 2
Blend for 20 seconds intervals. Remove the lid & use a long handled spoon to stir the contents well.
Step 3
Repeat for about 5-7 minutes. You may need to add more warm water one tablespoon at a time.
