Step 1
To guarantee the success of recipes using Sugar Stages, please follow the exact quantity and description for all ingredients. The recipe should also be cooked immediately after placing the sugar with the other ingredients in the mixing bowl.
Step 2
Line a baking tray (17 x 17 cm) with baking paper. Place baking tray onto mixing bowl lid and weigh peanuts onto it. Set aside on a heat-resistant surface.
Step 3
Place sugar, 70 g water, butter and lemon juice into mixing bowl and start Sugar Stages . Transfer immediately onto prepared baking tray and using the spatula, remove any mixture from the mixing bowl rim to be able to close the lid correctly for pre-cleaning.
Step 4
Place 1000 g water and vinegar and start Pre-clean .
Step 5
Allow to cool completely to room temperature and break into pieces. Store in a sealable container at room temperature (see Tip). Use as required.
