Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a muffin pan with non-stick baking spray and set aide.

Step 2

Place the 2 Ripe Bananas, 2 Whole Large Eggs, 1 C. Creamy Peanut Butter, 1/4 C. Maple Syrup, 2 Tbsp. Honey, 1 Tbsp. Vanilla, and 1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.

Step 3

Fold in the 1 C. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips.

Step 4

Divide the batter evenly between 12 muffins.

Step 5

Place the pan into the oven to bake for 12-15 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out mostly clean.

Step 6

Allow to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack to continue cooling.
