When my father-in-law was in an assisted living arrangement and his birthday was coming up, I asked him what kind of cake he wanted me to bake , He said not to make a cake but if I could bake him a peanut butter pie he would like that. So I made this pie and he thought he had gone to heaven. He ate a piece before lunch and had another one after he finished lunch. I told him if he wanted to share it with another patient or nurse, it was okay with me.  He said, "NO WAY!"  That was a hint that he liked it and that I could always make another one for him

This is delicious and so easy! Like some others next time I’m going to drizzle some chocolate syrup on the top with the peanuts.

I tried this recipe for the first time. It was absolutely delicious!  Super easy to make, the hardest part is waiting for it to set in the refrigerator.

The filling is amazing!!! I felt it overtook my store bought plain graham cracker crust, so I may try different crusts or just serve the filling as a mousse next time.

I made my own chocolate drizzle out of semi chocolate pieces and drizzle it over the pie. I had lots of rays on it. Very good.

I tried it with a coco graham cracker crust. Outstanding!

Wow, great pie!  Like others, I topped it with chopped peanut butter cups.  So nice to not need to turn on the oven on a warm day.  Yummy.

Terrific and a first rate family dessert in our household. My husband's favorite.  I've substituted chocolate crumb crust for a change of pace. Either way its a winner!

I'm not a baker but this recipe was an easy one for me and it actually turned out good. Too big for two people and took a few days to finish off.

Made this for a pie auction. I used  an oreo pie crust but did the rest as written.  Not only did it bring in a good sum of money, I was asked for the recipe and to make if for next years auction! Since I'm not a pie maker this tells how good and easy the pie is.

I made this for Thanksgiving since the rest of the family doesn't like pumpkin pie. It was a big hit and I should have made more than one! I left out the nuts because of the little kids we had attending the dinner. It still turned out great without it

This is a fabulous pie!  I made it a week ago for my son and grandson, and we all loved it!  I made two changes.....I used a store-bought Oreo chocolate crust and spread Smuckers Hot Fudge Ice Cream Topping over the crust before pouring the filling in.  It was delicious!

I've made this three times and it has been a It's been a huge hit every time. I have never had any left over. Instead of chopped peanuts I used Herseys peanut butter chips.

Yummy! I used TOH's Homemade Graham Cracker Crust recipe for the crust.

Delicious!  I did use 1/2 cup of Xylitol instead of the confectioners' sugar.  Just beat it really good to make sure it was all smooth and creamy.  I  used 4 T. of almond milk instead of the 6 T. regular milk.   I also drizzled it with chocolate sauce and froze overnight.  Took it to a church function and it was totally gone in a few minutes.

Can't wait to try this pie.  Have quite a few family members who love peanut butter pie.  I think I will as stated except I may try it with chocolate graham cracker crust.  I always make my own crusts, so will be able to switch it out easily.
