Add oats to a large bowl.

Step 2

Add the rest of the ingredients on top of the oats.

Step 3

Stir ingredients well with a large spoon.

Step 4

Refrigerate mixture for about an hour to make it easier to form your balls.

Step 5

Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.

Step 6

Using a cookie scoop or spoon, gather some mixture and form into one inch balls.

Step 7

Set balls on the parchment lined cookie sheet, and freeze for 2 hours.

Step 8

Place energy bites into a freezer bag and store in the refrigerator for up to a week, or in the freezer for 3+ months.
