I agree with the reviewer that said too, too sweet with the white chocolate.  I tried subbing dark chocolate and adding extra peanut butter.  Fudge disappeared quickly but I can&#039;t really comment on the quality.  I&#039;m no longer of fan of any fudge since my mother passed and a family member lost a number of her recipes-including her fudge recipe :(

Waaay Too Sweet! Tried to save it by doubling the peanut butter, which made it better - but still too sweet!

I will substitute the peanut butter with all natural almond butter and the walnuts with slivered almonds. It will be a fudge everyone can eat, including our grandson-in-law who has a sweet tooth and has to be vegetarian and vegan.

this recipe is super easy . I always pour this on top of the chocolate fudge  to make it a double  layer fudge.. it's a family favorite at our house ! am so glad I found in here each time ...

I do a similar recipe that swirls chocolate into the peanut butter to make a bark type candy. For those who ask what candy coating is, it's the small disks you buy to make candy from. Wilton makes "Candy Melts", and there are similar brands out there. They are easy to melt and use - much easier than marshmallow creme, in my opinion.
