Step 1

Mix the soft butter with the powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon of honey and peanut butter. Then mix in the flour. Place the dough between two sheets of floured baking parchment and roll it out to about 2-3 mm thickness. Let rest in the fridge for 1 hour.

Step 2

Then cut out about twenty cookies with heart-shaped stencils (9 cm). Pierce half of them with a smaller heart-shaped stencil (4.5 cm).

Step 3

Bake all the biscuits at 350°F for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let them cool completely. Then fill the center of the whole hearts with 1 teaspoon of jam and overlap the frames. To store: Keep in a cool place (like a tin box) for 2-3 days.
