Step 2
Heat a medium skillet to medium low and spray with nonstick spray. Spoon on about 2 tbsp of batter per pancake and cook until bubbles form on the top and you can easily lift the pancake off of the pan. It should be golden on one side. Flip and cook until golden on the other side. Serve with melted peanut butter or maple syrup!
