Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the bread slices in an even layer on the baking sheet. Brush or drizzle the olive oil over each slice. Slice the brie into thin slices and place a slice on top of each piece of bread. Place the bread into the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes or until the brie is melted.
Step 2
While the bread is toasting, in a non-stick pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the diced pears and cinnamon and stir until coated. Cook the pears for 3-4 minutes. Add in the walnuts and cook for another 3 minutes. Remove the mixture from the heat.
Step 3
Remove the bread from the oven. Spoon the mixture on top of each slice. Serve warm.
