Place pecans in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Sprinkle with sea salt.

Bake at 300˚F for 10-12 minutes, until fragrant and toasted.

Cook pecans in a skillet over medium heat for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly until fragrant and toasted.

Step 5

Sprinkle with sea salt (while stirring).

Step 6

Place slightly cooled pecans in a food processor and cover with a lid.

Step 7

Process for about 10 minutes, scraping down the sides of the bowl periodically.

Step 8

Transfer pecan butter to a jar with a tight-fitting lid and store it in the refrigerator.
