Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2

Place one egg into each cavity of a 12-cup muffin tin.

Step 3

Pour water into each cavity to fill about 1/3 of the way.

Step 4

Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake eggs for 30 minutes.

Step 5

Remove eggs and place immediately into ice water for 2 to 3 minutes.TIP: Eggs peel easiest if peeled under the cold water (right in the ice bath works great) after just a few minutes in the ice bath.

Step 6

Peel and serve!
