I made these twice now the first one right by the recipe and they were good not quite enough  peanut butter tatse for me added a half cup more peanut butter and a teaspoon of vanilla and they were perfect for me. Thanks for the recipe.

Delish peanut butter cookie recipe were excellent cookies! My father loves these, actually I need to make another batch tomorrow! My family put a big dent in this batch. Great cookies.

Made these cookies for the first time and am very happy with the recipe. I cut back a bit on the sugar as the peanut butter already is sugared.  This recipe made almost 6 dozen good size cookies. I'd make them again. (PS I added some chopped peanuts to the batter.)

For all the extra steps it was subpar. I tweaked the recipe creaming the brown sugar with butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and a bit of nutmeg. I used coarse seasalt instead of kosher salt. I scooped out the dough into the shapes and refrigerated for an hour and while still cold i popped into the oven. Center soft and gooey and the edges crunchy. 

Also for added texture add an additional 1/2 cup of peanut butter but make it chunky peanut butter.

This is such an easy recipe to use and cookies are always delicious. It is now my go to recipe and one that is always requested by my family.

So tasty! I always use coconut oil instead of butter for added trace vitamins, and started using a 1/2 raw can sugar, 1/2 stevia blend to (somewhat reduce the sugar), but this recipe is so good—easy too! Usually I add vanilla extract as another person posted, but honestly, these are so yummy and peanut-buttery even without it!

These are amazing cookies! The perfect PB cookie. Made as directed and the whole family loved them

Making these with my son, they are in the oven now... they were simple to make, I didn't,  let me  rephrase that, I couldn't wait an hour for them to sit in the fridge lol... they smell delicious. Thank you for the receipe! I'm sure they are going to taste yummy too.

That 3 ingredient peanut butter recipe makes a terrible cookie!  Never use it again!
