Step 1

FIRST STEP:Heat the oven for 550 °F.

Rub the pepper, salt, garlic powder to the meat and to the oven.

SECOND STEP:Place meat in a shallow pan and roast for 5,6 or 7 minutes at 550 °F.

THIRD STEP:Switch off the oven and don’t Open the Oven Door For Two Hours.

FOURTH STEP:After two hours, You can make the slice out of the meat and do the same with roasted beef.
