In a large bowl, pour in the dry pancake mix. Add eggs, club soda, and melted margarine. Whisk slowly until fully combined.

Step 2

Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat.

Add in one tablespoon of vegetable oil to your skillet and pour in 1/2 cup batter. This makes one pancake. Flip pancake when edges start to form and bubbles start to pop on the surface.
