Step 1

Cook the pasta according to the pack instructions. Make sure to cook it in salted water. To know if it's salty enough, the water should be as salty as the ocean.

In the meantime, let's prepare the pesto. Add all pesto ingredients except for the oil to a food processor and mix until everything is well combined. Now add the oil and mix again to get a creamy vegan pesto.

Step 3

Drain the pasta when ready and add it to a bowl. Add the vegan pesto and mix with the pasta.

Step 4

Serve on a plate and enjoy with a glass of Pinot Grigio or grassy Sauvignon Blanc on the side.
