Step 1
Preheat oven to 425ºF. Place salmon on one end of a foil-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with salt. Spread a teaspoon of pesto on top of each filet.
Step 2
Place stuffed mushrooms on the opposite end of the baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove and rest for 2 minutes before serving.
