Export 5 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Combine the cream cheese, ranch dressing and freshly chopped dill in a bowl and whisk until smooth and creamy and spreadable. Set aside.
Step 2
Use a sharp knife to slice off the crusts of the white bread, discard the crust or save for another use.
Step 3
Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture on a slice of bread, top with sliced cucumber, season with salt and pepper to taste, then top with another slice of bread that also has a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture. The cream cheese mixture should enclose the cucumber, so the cucumber doesn't touch the bread. Repeat with the remaining bread slices, creating 12 sandwiches.
Step 4
Use a sharp knife to cut the sandwiches into fourths, either squares or triangles, however you like. Enjoy!
